A Fulbright Scholar, graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, Senior Fellow (Sagamore Institute) and Doctor of Transformational Leadership, Noah's keen and visionary insights stem from a deep intellectual curiosity and decades of experience in business, politics and missions.  After pioneering businesses and holding executive roles in Zimbabwe, he moved to the US in 1994.

As a champion for disinvested communities in the U.S. and Africa, Noah has engaged with global leaders at key meetings, including Baroness Philippa Stroud (Legatum Institute, UK), the late Kofi Annan, former Irish President Mary Robinson, Burundian President Pierre Nkurunziza, U.S. Ambassador to Rwanda W. Stuart Symington, and Dr. Allan Goodman, President of the International Institute of Education.

 Noah's transformational initiatives included the Charlotte Children's Scholarship Fund, Brookstone Schools, Nexus, the Charlotte Empowerment Zone, and Hope Junction. His talent for forging strategic cross-sector relationships led to groundbreaking projects for at-risk children, including a robotics program backed by music icon Will.i.am and boxing champion Evander Holyfield, as well as his NASCAR team.

Noah is a committed civic educator. In 2016, driven by Zimbabwe’s worsening political crisis, he took it a step further by founding the Build Zimbabwe Alliance, dedicated to training aspiring political leaders through its P210 program. In 2018, he and hundreds of trained candidates ran for office in an election whose outcome was unsuccessfully contested.

He served on the boards of United World Missions, Harvests of Hope, Above and Beyond, the Queens University Advisory Board, and the Affordable Housing Cabinet of Charlotte. He was the international advisor for Zimbabwe’s Organ for National Healing, Reconciliation, and Integration (ONHRI) led by Vice President John Nkomo during the Government of National Unity (2009-2013).
